You Don't Video Shoot
Shooting the music video for "You Don't" was so fun but definitely the hardest day of all the videos we shot. To get the storyline right I had to run.. for like 4 hours. And guys... I am NOT a runner. I was sore for no lie like 3 days afterwards.
We had this cool idea to make it seem like I was reliving this memory of my boyfriend (music vid bf, not real world bf) cheating on me. So in this video there's actually two of me! Well... one of me is actually my friend Brittany Kennell. She's an amazing artist and we have similar body types so she threw on a wig and played my stunt double. It was hilarious.
I'm pretty sure the star of this music video was definitely the red Free People dress that I wore. I generally do NOT go for the color red but something about this dress really spoke to me and I think it played really well in this vid. I paired it with my go to Lotta from Stockholm clogs and called it a day.
Here's how the video turned out! This was video 4 of 5 in the "Get Drunk and Cry" Short Film and this is the video where you learn why my heart was broken in the first place, so it's pretty dramatic. I LOVE drama (in art, most certainly not in real life) so this was right up my alley! Tell me what you think in the comments!!!
